For this apartment at Clementi, Singapore, our client envisioned a romantic and elegant home inspired by timeless Victorian and French design while maintaining warmth and practicality for everyday living.
Dainté Living was entrusted to custom design and craft key furniture pieces for both the dining room and master bedroom, together with selected renovation detailing that would bring the entire interior together seamlessly.
Classic Victorian Dining Room
The dining room was designed as the heart of the home—a welcoming space where family and friends can gather comfortably while enjoying an atmosphere of timeless elegance.
For this dining area, we custom crafted:

- LOPEZ Mirrored Buffet Cabinet
- Custom Accent Wall Mirror
- Renovation Works: Decorative wall mouldings and panel detailing.
The LOPEZ mirrored buffet cabinet adds brightness and visual depth while providing generous storage for dining essentials. Our custom accent wall mirror positioned in the center of the room reflects natural and ambient light throughout the room, creating a more spacious and luxurious feel.
To complete the overall aesthetic, custom wall mouldings were incorporated into the renovation works, framing the furniture beautifully and reinforcing the classic architectural style.
The result is a sophisticated dining space that balances traditional Victorian craftsmanship with modern-day comfort.
French Romance-Inspired Master Bedroom
For the master bedroom, the client wanted a peaceful retreat that feels romantic, refined and inviting.
For this master bedroom, we custom made:
- Victorian Queen-Sized Bed Frame
- Two Modern French Bedside Tables
The elegant curved headboard with soft button tufting creates a luxurious focal point while maintaining the graceful proportions associated with French furniture. Matching bedside tables complete the room with balanced symmetry and practical storage.
Together with the soft colour palette and floral accents, the custom furniture creates a bedroom that feels calm, timeless and effortlessly elegant.
