Report of Furniture Defects

To report any defects, pictures of both close up and far shot of the item(s) is required to be sent to +65 8168 8915 via WhatsApp, or email them to dainteliving@gmail.com, with the title in this manner, [DEFECT] Name Invoice Number (Eg. [DEFECT] Ryan #123), and provide a as much details as you can of the defect and we will provide you with the best solution in hand, if any. For minor defects, we will offer refurbishment/touch-ups. For major defects, we will first offer refurbishment/repair, if refurbishment/repair cannot be done, we will offer a one-time replacement. Replacement will take the same lead-time as custom-orders.

Refund & Exchange Policy

A refund or exchange is only applicable if the item(s) is not what we promise to deliver. It is not applicable if the item(s) is/are delivered as described. Sale item(s), discounted bill(s), promotions, discounted item(s), or orders that are accompanied with free gifts is not applicable for cash refund but is applicable for either a one-to-one exchange of the same value to on-display products or store credits of the amount reflected in the invoice. Downpayment(s) made upon confirming order(s) are not refundable and/or exchangeable. Dainte Interiors Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel your order and issue a refund anytime during the process.
