The Bayshore Condominium
Modern Luxury Life.
Every home should feel both inviting and sophisticated. For this private condominium, The Bayshore, our client envisioned a refined modern luxury interior that would be comfortable for everyday living while creating an elegant space for entertaining family and guests. We, Dainté Living, was commissioned to custom design and craft furniture for both the living room and dining area, bringing together premium materials, timeless design and practical functionality for their home transformation.
Contemporary Luxury Living Room
The living room was designed around a calm palette of champagne tones, soft upholstery and mirrored accents, creating an atmosphere that feels bright, spacious and effortlessly elegant.
For this project, we custom-made:
- Modern Glam 3-Seater Sofa
- Modern Glam 2-Seater Sofa
- Modern Glam Single Accent Sofa
- Custom-Design Mirrored Coffee Table with Clear Glass Top
- Custom-Design Full Mirrored Side Table
Our bespoke sofa collection features elegant curved silhouettes with plush velvet upholstery, offering exceptional comfort while maintaining a luxurious appearance. The coordinated seating arrangement creates an inviting environment for both relaxation and entertainment.
At the centre of the room, the mirrored coffee table with a clear glass top reflects natural light throughout the space, adding visual openness while serving as a functional centrepiece. A fully mirrored side table complements the coffee table, completing the modern luxury aesthetic with subtle glamour.
Together, the furniture creates a balanced living space where comfort meets timeless sophistication.
Elegant Dining Area
Continuing the same design language, the dining area was created as an elegant setting for daily meals and special occasions alike.
For this project, we custom crafted:
- Contemporary Luxe Dining Table with Clear Glass Top
- 6 Contemporary Luxe Dining Chairs
The glass-top dining table provides a light and spacious feel while showcasing its clean-craft base beneath. Paired with six cashmere velvet upholstered dining chairs, the space offers both comfort and understated luxury for family gatherings and entertaining guests.
The coordinated finishes between the living and dining areas create a seamless flow throughout the home, reinforcing the warm contemporary character of the interior.
Private Reading Room
To complete the home, we custom crafted a understated luxury chaise lounge for the client's private reading room, creating a quiet retreat for relaxation and reflection.
The modern classic chaise lounge features graceful glowing lines, plush Italian velvet upholstery and hand-applied nailhead detailing, blending comfort with timeless elegance. Position by the window, it creates a perfect place to unwind with a book while enjoying natural daylight and views of the greenery.
Designed to complement the home's overall contemporary luxury aesthetic, this bespoke piece adds warmth, sophistication and a sense of personal sanctuary to the apartment.
