This stone is made at high pressure & at a temperature of 1200°C to maintain the hardness of granite & high resistance to heat. With a hardness of 7 on the Mohs scale, it is resistant to knife scratches. It is high in density & low on moisture/water absorption, at a rate of about 0.06%. Oil stains are easily removed. The stainless steel frame/legs is brushed finish, with oil treatment. It is anti-rust & corrosion resistant. Durable & sturdy, effectively supporting up to 200kg.
